Traditional Filipino Mongo Hopia Making Chinese Moon Cakes recently had us craving one of our favorite Filipino “merienda” (Filipino snack) called Hopia Mongo. Hopia is a perfectly baked flaky crust bread pastry filled with lightly sweet yellow mung bean paste.
