4. International Orders & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• Lark & Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email larkandlegacy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lark & Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." If your order is missing, please:

• Check with neighbors or your local post office.
• File a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations & Changes

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
